Shipping policy

Shipping

Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and are displayed before completing the purchase. For orders over €30 to mainland Spain and for orders over €50 to the Balearic Islands and Portugal, shipping will be free.
We ship throughout Spain and Portugal, except Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands.

Shipping cost to mainland Spain is €5.00. Shipping cost to the Balearic Islands is €12.00. Shipping cost to Portugal is €10.00.

Delivery Times

From the moment the order is placed, the NORMAL delivery time is 5 business days.

CANELLAS is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Transport

We remind recipients of their legal obligation (Article 366 – Commercial Code) to verify the goods at the time of delivery. In the case of visible defects, never sign the delivery as accepted without noting a claim. Instead, immediately file a claim with the carrier by making a written reservation on the carrier’s delivery note.

In the case of hidden damage inside the package, the claim must be made within 24 hours of delivery by contacting CANELLAS. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

If the goods have been damaged during transport to the point of being unusable, the recipient is not obliged to accept them, and if they are rejected, we must be informed immediately.

 

Warranty

CANELLAS is not responsible for failure to comply with these conditions in cases of force majeure, as defined by Spanish courts, or in cases of customer fault or unforeseeable events.

Standard warranties apply to CANELLAS products.
The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover abuse, misuse, improper use, or any damage that may occur after the goods have been delivered to the destination.

 

Liability

CANELLAS shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for damages of any nature resulting from improper use of its products. It is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages caused by their use.

CANELLAS reserves the right to modify the design or characteristics of its products without prior notice.
