Refund policy

Delivery takes up to 5 business days from the order date. Industrial Texcans S.A. is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Customers have 14 business days after receiving their order to request a return.

In the case of a faulty or incorrect product, Industrial Texcans S.A. will cover the return shipping costs; otherwise, the customer is responsible for the costs.

Returns can be made by registered mail, sending the items with a copy of the order to the following address:

You can also ask for home collection by a transport agency, in which case €7.50 will be deducted from the refund for transport costs.

Products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or dirty by the CUSTOMER OR USER), with all accessories, instructions, and documentation. They must be sent to the address specified by CANELLAS in the detailed product return instructions sent via email. Packages without any identifying information (order number, name, address, etc.) will not be accepted for return.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days from the receipt of the returned order at our warehouse.

Refunds will not be accepted under any circumstances if the supplied products have clearly been used. If the return is not accepted because the product in question has been used, these products will be held at the CANELLAS warehouse for the CUSTOMER OR USER to collect for a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of the return.
